Beneath the Southern Sky is
a travelling exhibition of thirty textile works exploring the title theme in a
striking 100 x 40cm banner format. From exotic flowers to a sombre
silhouette of an ANZAC soldier, the fusion of sky, land, sea and ice in
Antarctica, to a Kiwi contemplating the cosmos of the Milky Way - each work
conveys a sense of place and tells a story in stitch and cloth.
